-In making a reservation we require a deposit of one half of the total rent including tax with balance due upon arrival. |

| CANCELLATION POLICY |

-Cancellation less than 72 hours, forfeit deposit or minimum of one night's rent. |

-Smoking is allowed in outdoors areas only. |

-A $250.00 cleanup fee will be charged for noncompliance. |

| PROPERTY DAMAGE AND CLEANING |

-Guests are responsible for the cost of any damages during their stay. |

-A cleaning fee will assessed if unit or hot tub requires more than normal cleaning. |
